Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential tax advisory firm in Gütersloh seeking a qualified Steuerberater (m/w/d). In this role, you will shape your responsibilities based on your professional strengths and interests:
- Prepare and review annual financial statements for clients
- Prepare tax returns for partnerships and corporations
- Handle specialized tax consulting projects in areas such as inheritance tax or corporate restructuring tax law, based on your qualifications
- Support clients during tax audits
- Optional: Team leadership and personnel management responsibilities
- Additional responsibilities aligned with your expertise and professional interests
What We're Looking For
- Successfully completed Steuerberaterexamen (German tax advisor certification)
- Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment working with clients
- Meticulous, efficient, and conscientious work approach
- Openness to digital workflows and modern processes
- Passion for tax-related matters
- Leadership capabilities and sense of responsibility toward team members (if interested in management track)

Compensation and Benefits
Pay range: €90,000 - €130,000 per year, with partnership track available for qualified candidates
