Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential tax advisory firm in Calau seeking an experienced Steuerberater (m/w/d). In this role, you will shape your own portfolio based on your professional strengths and interests.

• Prepare and review annual financial statements for individuals and corporate entities
• Create tax returns for partnerships and corporations
• Lead specialized tax consulting projects in areas such as inheritance tax or corporate restructuring law
• Support clients during tax audits and examinations
• Optionally take on team leadership and personnel management responsibilities
• Additional practice areas tailored to your expertise and career goals

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed Steuerberater examination (mandatory)
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of client interaction
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and conscientious work approach
• Openness to digital workflows and modern practice management tools
• Leadership understanding and sense of responsibility toward team members (if pursuing management track)

Compensation & Benefits

Our client offers exceptional compensation of €90,000 to €130,000 annually, with partnership track available for qualified candidates.
