The Opportunity

Come join Cresta as a Staff Infrastructure Software Engineer to build and advance our core infrastructure. As part of the infrastructure team, you will design, build, and maintain Kubernetes-based systems that enable the engineering team to execute quickly, productively, and securely. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Kubernetes-based systems for our engineering team
• Ensure infrastructure is scalable, secure, and reliable
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in the infrastructure stack
• Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues
• Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Software Engineer with a focus on Kubernetes
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with container orchestration tools and DevOps best practices
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• A passion for building scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions
