We're Cresta, and we're seeking an experienced Head of Demand Generation & Growth to lead our go-to-market strategy across the US. This is a full-time leadership role for someone ready to drive customer acquisition and accelerate revenue growth for an AI-powered contact center platform.

About the Role

You'll own the complete demand generation function—from strategy through execution and measurement. As our Head of Demand Generation & Growth, you'll build and scale campaigns that attract enterprises to Cresta's platform, establish yourself as a strategic partner to Sales, and create the market momentum that fuels our expansion. You'll lead a growing team and drive measurable, repeatable growth across multiple channels and customer segments.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with company goals and sales targets
  • Build and lead campaigns across digital channels—paid search, social, email, content, and events—to generate qualified leads
  • Design scalable lead nurturing programs that move prospects through the buyer's journey and increase conversion rates
  • Partner closely with Sales to define ideal customer profiles, messaging, and lead scoring criteria
  • Oversee marketing technology stack, analytics, and attribution to measure ROI and optimize spend allocation
  • Manage budget and staffing for the demand generation function; hire and mentor team members
  • Identify market trends and growth opportunities in the contact center AI space; refine positioning and messaging
  • Collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Sales to align on go-to-market initiatives and product-market fit

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of demand generation and B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS
  • Proven track record building and scaling demand programs that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue growth
  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable with data, attribution models, and ROI measurement
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, teams, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to influence without direct authority
  • Adaptability and growth mentality; comfort operating in a fast-moving, evolving business
