Liquid Personnel is hiring a Paediatric Occupational Therapist – Specialist Practitioner for a full-time Band 6 opportunity in Canada. You will enable children and young people to realise their maximum capabilities by creating customised therapy approaches and working jointly on care strategies.

Position Summary

As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist – Specialist Practitioner with Liquid Personnel you will supply specialist paediatric occupational therapy within a client team based in Canada. The full-time Band 6 Specialist Practitioner role focuses on using evidence-informed methods to advance independence, developmental progress and everyday participation for young clients facing a range of challenges. You will blend clinical expertise with close partnership working to design support that truly reflects each child or young person’s unique goals and circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of functional abilities, sensory processing, motor skills and daily living needs in children and young people
• Design and deliver personalised therapeutic interventions that build practical skills and reduce barriers to participation
• Partner with families, educators and multi-disciplinary colleagues to formulate and review collaborative care plans
• Apply high-quality evidence-based techniques while regularly measuring outcomes and refining approaches for better results
• Support caseload coordination, accurate record-keeping and consistent high standards of service delivery
• Empower young people to achieve greater independence across home, school and community environments

Who We're Looking For

• An experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist ready to operate at Specialist Practitioner (Band 6) level
• Demonstrated skill in creating and implementing effective, individualised therapy programmes for children and young people
• Ability to contribute strongly within multi-agency teams and maintain clear, compassionate communication with families
• Solid grounding in evidence-based paediatric practice together with a commitment to ongoing professional growth
• Organisational strengths that allow you to manage a varied caseload while upholding quality and person-centred care
