GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage , Starbucks)

Target in Hurricane, West Virginia is hiring a full-time General Merchandise and Food team member to support store operations across multiple departments — including Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, and Starbucks.

About the Role

As a GM and Food team member at this Hurricane, West Virginia Target location, you'll keep the store running efficiently by delivering a consistent, guest-ready experience across general merchandise and food departments. This full-time position touches every stage of the store's daily operation — from the moment freight arrives to the moment the doors close.

What You'll Do

• Receive, process, and organize inbound freight accurately and on schedule
• Stock, replenish, and maintain general merchandise and food product zones
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for Drive Up and Order Pickup fulfillment with speed and accuracy
• Execute closing duties including zone recovery, reshop, and ensuring the floor is guest-ready for the next day
• Support the Food and Beverage department, maintaining safety, freshness, and compliance standards
• Operate within the in-store Starbucks, preparing and serving beverages according to brand standards
• Follow all food safety guidelines and Target's operational processes
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to meet daily priorities

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work a full-time schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in fulfillment and stocking tasks
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout a shift, including handling freight and product
• Willingness to learn and work across multiple departments as needed
• Team-first mindset with a focus on delivering a great in-store guest experience
• Previous retail, grocery, or food service experience is a plus but not required

Compensation

This full-time role starts at $15.00 per hour.
