Position Summary
As a Special Projects Plumbing Mechanic, you'll be the expert responsible for bringing plumbing systems to life on commercial projects. Your work spans the entire installation lifecycle—from interpreting architectural blueprints to executing precise installations. You'll ensure every pipe, connection, and fixture meets specifications, industry standards, and code requirements, making you an essential member of our project teams.
Core Duties
- Assemble and install complete plumbing systems for commercial projects
- Interpret architectural and mechanical prints to identify plumbing specifications and system layout
- Install pipes, fixtures, valves, and all related equipment according to project plans
- Test systems during and after installation to verify proper function and identify issues
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain schedules, safety standards, and quality benchmarks
- Follow all applicable plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company protocols
