Maintenance Sales Representative

Doswell Operating Group is hiring a Maintenance Sales Representative for our Lakeside, Henrico County location. This full-time role offers the opportunity to drive growth in our maintenance services business across the Richmond region.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the Henrico County and Richmond marketplace
• Identify maintenance service opportunities and present customized solutions that align with client operational needs
• Develop a strong sales pipeline and consistently work toward revenue objectives
• Collaborate with our service teams to coordinate seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
• Create professional proposals, presentations, and service agreements
• Stay informed about market conditions and competitive landscape within the Richmond area
