About the Role
As a Quality Specialist – Specialty Pharmacy at AIS Healthcare, you will help safeguard the standards that keep our Targeted Drug Delivery (TDD) and Infusion Care services safe, compliant, and consistently excellent. This is an onsite position based in Dallas, Texas, ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement within a mission-led pharmacy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support quality assurance processes across specialty pharmacy operations.
- Help ensure products and services meet regulatory, safety, and internal quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to refine procedures and strengthen the overall patient care experience.
- Document findings, track corrective actions, and contribute to ongoing compliance efforts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to advance a culture of quality, stewardship, and patient safety.
Qualifications
- Background or interest in quality assurance, pharmacy operations, or healthcare compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical, organized approach to work.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Willingness to work onsite at our Dallas, Texas location.
