About the Role
As a Consulting Manager within Accenture's Sourcing & Procurement Center of Excellence, you will guide clients through ambitious, end-to-end change. Specializing in equipment and construction management, you will combine functional expertise, data-driven insight, and digital capability to help leading enterprises rethink planning, procurement, manufacturing, and fulfillment—while advancing more sustainable ways of operating.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and procurement initiatives focused on equipment and construction management for Fortune 500 clients.
- Diagnose complex supply chain challenges and design large-scale, practical solutions across the value chain.
- Apply functional knowledge, analytics, and digital tools to improve procurement, planning, and fulfillment outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable progress and support more sustainable operations.
- Move quickly and decisively to keep transformation programs on track.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain consulting, ideally involving equipment and construction management.
- Strong command of procurement strategy, category management, and supply chain operations.
- Comfort working with data and digital platforms to drive decisions and results.
- Proven ability to manage projects and influence senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to work full-time onsite in the Illinois Medical District, Chicago.
