Fieldwire is hiring an SMB Account Executive for a full-time remote position throughout the United States. You'll be responsible for closing new business with small and mid-sized construction firms while demonstrating the value of our field-management platform to prospects who need better project coordination and visibility.
The Opportunity
You'll make an impact on Fieldwire's sales team, engaging with construction companies who need better on-site coordination and project transparency. This full-time remote Account Executive role offers a competitive compensation package with a base salary ranging from $50,000 to $55,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus opportunity of up to $30,000. You'll conduct product demonstrations, present solutions aligned to prospect needs, and represent Fieldwire professionally as you build relationships and close new business within the small to mid-market construction segment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Pursue new customer acquisition through systematic prospecting and targeted outreach to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Conduct discovery sessions and product demonstrations that connect prospect pain points to Fieldwire's capabilities
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with internal teams to move opportunities through the sales cycle predictably and efficiently
- Keep Salesforce records current and accurate while providing realistic pipeline forecasts to the business
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of B2B software-as-a-service sales experience, including at least 1 year focused on closing deals
- Strong communicator in writing and conversation with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers
- Proven ability to manage multiple active opportunities, accounts, and priorities without sacrificing attention to detail
- A blend of warmth and determination—someone who builds genuine rapport while staying committed to winning outcomes
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
