The Opportunity
This is a practical, outdoor-based role ideal for someone who enjoys equipment operation and site work. You'll be part of a team handling landscaping, grading, and site preparation across Red Deer and surrounding areas. As a Skid Steer Operator / Laborer / Landscaper, you'll use your skills to keep projects moving forward, from initial site prep through final finishing touches.
What You'll Do
- Operate skid steer loaders and compact equipment for grading, trenching, and material handling
- Perform landscaping tasks including site grading, excavation, and surface finishing
- Handle material transport, site cleanup, and equipment maintenance as needed
- Work efficiently with team members to meet project schedules and quality standards
- Maintain a safe job site by following all safety regulations and best practices
- Assist with general labouring duties and adapt to project requirements
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience operating skid steer loaders or similar compact equipment
- Solid physical capability and comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
- A strong safety mindset and attention to detail on the job site
- Ability to take direction and work effectively within a team
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
