About the Role

As Shift Manager, you'll oversee daily operations during your assigned shifts, managing team members and ensuring every customer receives excellent service. What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise your shift team, providing guidance and support
• Ensure food safety, quality, and operational standards are consistently met

• Open and close the restaurant, handling security and equipment procedures
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Support team scheduling and coordinate with other managers
• Train team members on restaurant procedures and company standards

What We're Looking For

• Prior restaurant or customer service management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
