About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Service Quality Manager to oversee and maintain high-quality care services across our care home group, predominantly within the Norfolk and Suffolk area but with occasional requirements based on company needs. This role will involve ensuring that all services meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with national and local regulations.
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans for care homes within the group.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of care services to identify areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate with managers, staff, and external partners to improve service delivery.
- Ensure that all care services are delivered in a safe, compassionate, and professional manner.
