Role Overview

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Chickerell, Weymouth area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers, this nursing home specialises in general & dementia nursing, residential and respite care for the elderly. The home is currently rated as 'Good' by CQC.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to residents with a focus on both general and dementia nursing needs.
• Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the elderly.
• Support residents in their daily activities and ensure their well-being is prioritised.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.

What We're Looking For

• A Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
• Experience in general and dementia nursing is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues.
• A compassionate and patient approach towards elderly care.
