About the Role
As a CRE Portfolio Manager II within the Income Property Division at Bannerbank, you will be responsible for underwriting and managing complex commercial real estate loan originations. This role involves developing and analyzing commercial real estate credits to provide strong, thorough recommendations. You will prepare credit opportunities in collaboration with CRE Relationship Managers, Credit Administration, and Loan Administration teams to ensure smooth transaction closings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze complex commercial real estate credits to make informed lending decisions.
- Closely work with CRE Relationship Managers, Credit Administration, and Loan Administration to prepare and close transactions originated by the CRE Relationship Manager.
- Monitor borrower financial information including inventory reporting, covenant compliance, maturities, and delinquencies.
- Provide accurate assessments of ongoing financial stability for borrowers in your portfolio.
- Manage a portfolio of borrowing clients with responsibility for maintaining high-quality standards.

We are seeking candidates who possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A background in commercial real estate lending or related fields is preferred. Experience with financial analysis tools and software is also beneficial.
