The Opportunity

Saul Company Hospitality Group, a subsidiary of the largest private real estate company in the Washington, D.C. area and with over 130 years of experience, is seeking an accomplished General Manager to oversee the daily operations at our Hampton Inn Dulles Cascades hotel located in Sterling, Virginia. This role involves overseeing the overall management and operation of the hotel, driving revenue, maximizing profit, ensuring quality guest experiences, and maintaining positive team member relations.

Core Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability while enhancing guest experience.
• Effectively manage assigned staff, ensuring that team members meet their performance goals and contribute positively to the overall success of the hotel.
• Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
• Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions as necessary to achieve budgeted results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing a business class hotel or similar establishment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
• A deep understanding of hospitality operations, including revenue management, guest services, and staff management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members.
