The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a hands-on General Manager to partner directly with ownership and lead day-to-day operations for a rapidly growing EV charging infrastructure company. This is an exceptional opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader in the field of renewable energy and construction.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including project management, team leadership, and financial oversight
- Collaborate with ownership to develop strategic plans and goals for the company's growth and expansion
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth project execution
- Evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the construction industry
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager or similar role within the EV charging infrastructure, solar construction, or related industries
- Proven track record of successful project management and leadership in complex projects
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and vendors
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resources effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to sustainable practices
