Role Overview
B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Hampton Inn & Suites Washington Dulles hotel. This role requires a proven track record in driving revenue, maximizing profit, and ensuring guest satisfaction while effectively managing staff.
What You'll Do
- Oversee overall management and operation of the hotel
- Drive revenue and maximize profitability
- Ensure quality service and guest satisfaction
- Effectively manage assigned staff to achieve financial results, guest satisfaction, and positive team member relations
- Implement strategies for continuous improvement in operations and customer service
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
