Position Summary
The TownePlace Suites Gaithersburg is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Time General Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, ensuring the hotel's facilities are well-maintained, and providing excellent service to guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of hotel property, outside grounds, and hotel equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on assets to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
- Assist in engineering operations as needed.
- Follow B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group’s high standards of quality for all tasks performed.
Who We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift and move heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform tasks that may require physical exertion.
