The Opportunity
B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team at the Holiday Inn Dulles in Sterling, Virginia. This full-time position offers a competitive starting salary of $17 per hour with varying days off, including weekend availability.
Core Duties
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations by providing exceptional service.
- Process check-ins and check-outs in a timely and efficient manner. <li-Assist guests with reservations, requests, and any other inquiries they may have.
- Implement creative solutions to address guest concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
