Role Overview
B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group, a subsidiary of the largest private real estate company in the Washington, D.C. area, is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals for the position of Front Desk Agent. This role will be based at Holiday Inn Dulles in Sterling, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations by implementing creative solutions to provide exceptional service.
- Process check-ins/outs efficiently and assist guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality are met to guarantee guest satisfaction.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules, including Fridays and Saturdays, as well as holidays when needed.
