The Opportunity
Stratton Amenities is seeking engaging, energetic, friendly, and professional individuals to join our team as a Front Desk Concierge. As a key member of the resident services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to residents and guests at upscale apartment and condominium buildings.
<h2-Core Duties- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all visitors and residents.
- Handle front desk inquiries and assist with scheduling appointments and reservations.
- Manage key access, visitor sign-in, and other administrative tasks.
- Offer concierge services such as local transportation, dining recommendations, and event planning.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Energetic personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
