Position Summary

The Truss General Manager 5 at PARR is responsible for overseeing all aspects of truss operations to ensure efficient and effective supply chain management. This role involves direct interaction with professional home builders, custom builders, large production builders, and multifamily builders to meet their specific needs while maintaining Legendary Service standards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire truss operation, including procurement, quality control, and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the truss or building materials industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
