Position Summary

The Associate General Manager-Projects will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within Piramal Pharma Solutions, a leading CDMO. This role involves strategic planning, coordination, and execution of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Monitor project progress and manage risks to ensure alignment with timelines and budget constraints
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, internal departments, and external partners
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to senior management

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a CDMO or similar industry
• Proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation to completion
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
