What This Role Involves

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will play a crucial role in driving the success of our new Maryville Club. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring member satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and development of staff. The AGM will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service and creating a positive environment that fosters member retention.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the Maryville Club
• Ensure all staff members are trained and performing to company standards
• Manage member relations, addressing concerns and ensuring high satisfaction levels
• Contribute to the development of a positive club culture that encourages growth and engagement
• Support the General Manager in achieving financial goals and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fitness or hospitality setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude for managing budgets, staff, and operations
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance and achieve goals
• Experience with member engagement and retention strategies
