Area Maintenance Technician – Crunch Fitness

About the Role

As an Area Maintenance Technician at CR Holdings, you'll play a vital role in keeping our Crunch Fitness locations—including our clubs in Greenacres, Wellington, and Lake Worth—running smoothly. Your work directly impacts member satisfaction by ensuring every facility is in peak operating condition, from equipment and mechanical systems to safety standards and facility integrity.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fitness equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure across multiple locations
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and prevent equipment failures
• Document all maintenance activities and maintain detailed service records
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs at assigned Crunch Fitness club locations
• Support facility cleanliness and sanitation protocols that meet and exceed member expectations
• Collaborate with club management and team members to execute effective maintenance schedules

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in maintenance or facilities management, preferably in commercial or fitness settings
• Technical proficiency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and fitness equipment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between Coral Springs area locations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance standards
• Excellent communication skills and genuine customer-service orientation
• Ability to work full-time with flexibility for facility needs across multiple sites
