What You'll Do

• Assist in daily gym operations and member experience management
• Support sales and membership growth initiatives
• Help lead and mentor fitness staff members
• Monitor facility maintenance and member safety standards
• Participate in scheduling, member retention, and guest tours
• Learn P&L management and performance metrics
• Contribute to creating a welcoming, motivating community atmosphere
