The Opportunity
This role at B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group offers a unique opportunity to join a team of over 1,000 hospitality professionals in managing guest experiences across more than 20 business-class hotels. As a Guest Service & Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service by anticipating and addressing guests' needs, processing check-ins/outs, and assisting with reservations and requests.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Anticipate and exceed guest expectations through creative solutions
- Process check-ins and check-outs in a timely manner
- Assist guests with reservations and special requests
- Maintain high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Previous experience in hospitality or related field preferred but not required
