About the Role
The Internal Audit Manager will lead risk-based audits across our regional property and casualty operations. Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within the insurance industry
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team of auditors
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in risk assessment and management techniques
- Experience with financial, operational, and compliance audits
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely
- CPA or CIA certification is preferred but not required
