Position Summary

Create positive change in the lives of vulnerable children by identifying prospects and growing major donor pipelines. Utilize research skills to analyze potential donors and drive fundraising efforts.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential major donors through thorough research and analysis.
• Grow and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including major donors and prospects.
• Develop strategies to increase donor engagement and fundraising efforts.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the portfolio of major donors.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a researcher or in a related field with a focus on donor analysis and relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans for fundraising initiatives.
• A passion for making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children.
