About This Position
Join our purpose-driven team at Brightonjones as a Client Service Associate in the Family Office division. As part of the Client Service team, you will collaborate closely with lead advisors to ensure clients and prospective clients receive top-notch service and an exceptional client experience. You will engage directly with Family Office and Multi-Family Office clients, attend select client meetings, exercise sound judgment, discretion, and independent decision-making while handling highly confidential household and financial information.

- Determine appropriate courses of action that align with our clients' needs
- Deliver a remarkable client experience through exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills
- Attend select client meetings as needed

- Sound judgment, discretion, and independent decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle highly confidential household and financial information with care
- Strong client service experience in a financial advisory setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for direct engagement with clients
