The Opportunity

The Senior Easy Roster Manager position at Dananda Talent offers a unique opportunity to support the Group Easy Roster Manager in optimizing and reporting on workforce rostering for our Security operations. This full-time role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of workforce data within the Easy Roster system, ensuring effective manpower planning, payroll alignment, contractual compliance, and operational efficiency.

Core Duties

• Support the Group Easy Roster Manager in the governance, optimization, and reporting of workforce rostering across Security operations.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of workforce data within the Easy Roster system.
• Enable effective manpower planning by supporting strategic decision-making processes.
• Align payroll with actual work performed to ensure accurate financial management.
• Comply with contractual requirements and regulatory standards for workforce management.

What You Bring

• A proven track record in managing workforce rostering systems, preferably within a security or similar industry context.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights for operational improvements.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.
