Role Overview
Daniels Health is seeking a dynamic transportation and customer-focused person to join our medical waste treatment facility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This combination role combines exceptional customer service with transportation coordination to ensure our clients receive timely, efficient, and high-quality service.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate the transportation of medical waste containers to and from client sites
- Ensure all transportation activities comply with safety regulations and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining open communication with clients and addressing their needs promptly
- Manage the scheduling and tracking of deliveries, pickups, and returns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and possess strong organizational abilities.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in transportation or customer service roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with medical waste management processes is preferred but not required
