Position Summary

This exciting and dynamic role at The Warehouse in Eastgate is a perfect fit for someone who understands the value of exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be stationed at our in-store service desk, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service during Saturday evening hours from 4:00pm to 12:30am.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently, maintaining a positive attitude throughout the process.
• Assist in managing inventory and restocking shelves as needed to keep the store well-organized.
