What This Role Involves

A vigilant and proactive Loss Prevention Officer is needed to join our team. Your main focus will be preventing theft and ensuring the safety of staff and customers.

• Monitor security cameras
• Maintain a visible presence on the shop-floor
• Interact with customers as necessary

Core Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and maintaining security systems to prevent theft and loss of inventory.
• Maintaining a visible presence on the shop-floor to deter potential thieves and ensure customer safety.
• Interacting with customers as necessary, providing assistance or addressing any concerns that may arise in relation to security issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A proactive and vigilant approach to security.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with customers.
• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
