About the Role
We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team at Centorrino Technologies in Dunedin. As a key member of our support network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients. This role is full-time and based locally.
Core Duties
- Respond to and resolve client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
- Provide training and support for new software and hardware
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our service management system
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Technical proficiency with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with basic ITIL practices and processes
- Experience in a similar role or relevant customer service background
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
