Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, listen to their truck and trailer concerns, and create accurate service write-ups
• Schedule appointments and manage workflow to serve both routine maintenance and urgent repair needs
• Communicate directly with customers about repair status, timelines, and any additional work discovered during service
• Provide detailed estimates, discuss parts and labor, and explain repair recommendations clearly
• Coordinate with service technicians to verify customer expectations and service quality
• Process invoices, handle payments, and address customer questions about charges
• Maintain organized service records and customer history for quick reference on future visits
• Support warranty claims and follow up with customers after their vehicles are ready for pickup
