About the Role

As a Paralegal on Fiserv's Subpoena Response Team, you'll play a vital role in managing incoming discovery demands and subpoenas. You'll work closely with our legal department to ensure timely, compliant responses while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality. This position offers meaningful exposure to complex litigation support and regulatory matters within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Process, log, and track incoming subpoenas and discovery requests
• Prepare detailed responses and productions in compliance with applicable legal standards and deadlines
• Coordinate with business units to identify, collect, and organize responsive documents and data
• Conduct legal research to support subpoena analysis and litigation strategy
• Maintain organized records and tracking systems for all discovery matters
• Communicate with external counsel, opposing parties, and internal stakeholders regarding subpoena status and requirements
