Order to Cash (O2C) Consulting Director, Oracle N.A. Consulting

Oracle is hiring an Order to Cash Consulting Director to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle's Order to Cash Fusion Solution. Based in Madison, Dane County, this full-time leadership position focuses on guiding enterprise clients through comprehensive modernization of their order-to-cash business processes, spanning sales, quoting, order management, subscriptions, revenue recognition, project billing, and financial close.

About the Role

As Order to Cash Consulting Director, you will take ownership of implementing Oracle's integrated Fusion suite across Sales Cloud, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Order Management, Subscription Management, Revenue Management, Projects, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and General Ledger. You'll partner directly with clients to assess current processes, define future state designs, and ensure successful adoption across their organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-lifecycle Order to Cash implementation engagements, from discovery through go-live and beyond
• Design optimal business processes leveraging Oracle Fusion capabilities and industry best practices
• Collaborate with clients' finance, operations, and sales leadership to gather requirements and define solutions
• Guide teams through change management, training, and organizational readiness
• Oversee configuration and customization of Fusion modules to meet business objectives
• Manage project scope, timelines, and successful delivery to clients
• Mentor and develop consulting team members supporting implementations
• Champion adoption of Oracle Fusion best practices across Order to Cash processes

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading complex enterprise software implementations, particularly Oracle Fusion or comparable ERP platforms
• Deep expertise in Order to Cash processes, including sales, quoting, orders, subscriptions, revenue management, billing, and accounting
• Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated ability to guide clients and teams through transformation
• Documented success managing large-scale consulting engagements and enterprise client relationships
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules: Sales Cloud, CPQ, Order Management, Subscription Management, Revenue Management, Projects, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and General Ledger
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement
• Track record mentoring junior consultants and leading delivery teams
