About the Role

As a Server at Fogo, you're the cornerstone of our guest experience, working in a vibrant, fast-paced dining environment where hospitality and attention to detail define success. You'll guide diners through their meal, anticipate their needs, and ensure every visit to our restaurants exceeds expectations. This full-time position offers consistent hours and the opportunity to build strong connections with our restaurant community.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, seat them promptly, and present menus and beverage options
• Take accurate food and drink orders while communicating special requests and dietary preferences to the kitchen
• Deliver meals and beverages with care, ensuring every plate meets our quality standards
• Check in with tables throughout their meal, address concerns, and fulfill additional requests
• Process payments securely and accurately for cash and card transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized dining space by clearing tables promptly and resetting for subsequent guests
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols consistently

Qualifications

• Prior experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move throughout the restaurant
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and organization
• Genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences
