Position Summary

As a Bartender at Fogo, you'll be the heart of our bar operation, expertly crafting cocktails, pouring beverages, and building rapport with guests. This full-time bartender role combines technical mixology skills with genuine hospitality, ensuring every drink meets our standards and every guest leaves satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
• Engage with guests, take drink orders, and make recommendations based on their tastes
• Maintain bar organization, cleanliness, and inventory standards
• Process payments and manage cash handling with accuracy
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to support overall restaurant operations
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and ensure compliance with all regulations

What We're Looking For

• Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, mixology techniques, and beverage varieties
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently during peak service periods and multi-task effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to food and beverage safety standards
