This is a full-time position where you'll play an essential role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly, ensuring that our guests enjoy their dining experience through spotless dishes, glassware, and dining utensils.

What This Role Involves

As a Dishwasher at Fogo, you're the backbone of our kitchen operations. Working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, you'll maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation while processing dishes, glassware, flatware, and cookware throughout each shift. Your work directly supports our kitchen team and front-of-house staff, enabling them to deliver exceptional service to every guest.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial dishwashing equipment and manual washing methods to process large volumes of dishes and kitchen items
• Sort, rinse, and load dishes according to established safety and sanitation protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station and surrounding work areas
• Follow all health, safety, and food service sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely turnaround of clean items
• Handle breakage and damaged items appropriately, reporting issues as needed
