Fogo is hiring a full-time Busser to support dining room operations across our locations. If you're detail-oriented, energetic, and take pride in creating a welcoming environment for guests, we want to hear from you.

What This Role Involves

As a Busser at Fogo, you'll be the backbone of our dining room operations. You'll work alongside our front-of-house team to keep the restaurant running smoothly, ensuring every table is set for success and every guest enjoys a seamless dining experience. This is a hands-on position that combines quick thinking with genuine hospitality—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently between seatings
• Maintain dining room cleanliness, including floors, baseboards, and service stations
• Stock and organize table settings, glassware, and utensils
• Assist servers by removing plates and refreshing water glasses throughout the meal
• Support the kitchen and bar teams with logistics and communication
• Follow health and safety protocols consistently
• Help manage dining room flow during peak service times

Qualifications

• Ability to work a full-time restaurant schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Friendly, professional demeanor with guests and colleagues
• Willingness to learn and take direction from management
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
