Senior Vice President of Finance

Gotts Partners Lp is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Finance to lead our financial operations and strategy. Based in Saint Helena, Napa County, this full-time executive position reports directly to the President and plays a central role in driving the company's growth and financial health.

About the Role

As Senior Vice President of Finance, you will oversee all financial functions of the organization and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. This is a strategic role that combines operational excellence with high-level decision-making, positioning you to shape the company's financial future and drive enterprise value.

What You'll Do

• Direct all financial operations including accounting, reporting, and analysis across the organization
• Develop and manage annual budgets and multi-year financial forecasts that align with business objectives
• Monitor and optimize cash flow management to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency
• Lead financial analytics and reporting initiatives to provide actionable insights to leadership
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks across business units
• Develop and execute capital-raising strategies to support growth initiatives
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with investors, lenders, and banking partners
• Support strategic planning efforts and provide financial guidance on business decisions

What We're Looking For

• Proven executive-level finance experience, ideally at the VP level or higher
• Deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Strong background in financial analytics, reporting, and business intelligence
• Demonstrated success in capital management, fundraising, and investor relations
• Solid understanding of risk management and financial controls
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
• Leadership experience managing teams and developing finance talent
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
• Professional credentials (CPA, CFA, or similar) a plus
