About the Role
As Senior Vice President, Multifamily Asset Management, you will own the strategic direction and operational results of a diverse multifamily portfolio. Based on-site in Miami, Florida, you will partner closely with investment, operations, and finance teams to maximize asset value, drive returns, and execute business plans across the holding period. This is a full-time, exempt position.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the asset management strategy for a portfolio of multifamily properties, aligning each business plan with overall investment objectives.
- Monitor property-level performance, analyze operating results, and identify opportunities to enhance net operating income and long-term value.
- Collaborate with property management teams to oversee budgeting, capital improvement programs, and operational execution.
- Evaluate market conditions, refine hold-versus-sell decisions, and support acquisition and disposition activity.
- Prepare and present performance reporting, valuations, and recommendations to senior leadership and investment partners.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in multifamily asset management, real estate investment, or a closely related discipline within commercial real estate.
- Demonstrated leadership managing portfolio performance and cross-functional teams.
- Strong command of financial modeling, valuation, and underwriting for residential real estate assets.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site in Seybold, Miami-Dade County.
