Spekit is hiring a Head of Content & Communications to lead its messaging and communications strategy across all channels. Located in the US, this full-time position offers the opportunity to define how the organization tells its story and influences its market position.
About the Role
As Head of Content & Communications, you'll own the complete lifecycle of internal and external communications strategy. This role reports to executive leadership and serves as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for developing and executing communications that align with organizational goals and amplify the company's market presence.
What You'll Do
- Develop and oversee comprehensive content strategy across digital channels, including website, blog, white papers, case studies, and thought leadership pieces
- Lead internal communications efforts that keep teams aligned on company vision, milestones, and cultural values
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to craft compelling narratives around product capabilities and customer outcomes
- Manage and grow a communications team, setting editorial standards and establishing workflows that maintain quality and consistency
- Direct corporate messaging and positioning that differentiate Spekit in the marketplace
- Oversee crisis and issues communications protocols to protect brand reputation
- Measure communications impact through analytics and feedback loops, continuously refining strategy based on performance
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in communications, content strategy, or related leadership roles
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-channel communications strategies
- Strong writing skills and editorial judgment across formats including articles, presentations, video scripts, and social content
- Experience leading and scaling a communications or content team
- Proficiency with content management systems, analytics tools, and communications platforms
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate business objectives into resonant messaging
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence without direct authority
