Senior Superintendent in Denver

Gpac is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to join a growing general contracting team based in Denver. This is a full-time position located in Hollister, Twin Falls County, offering the opportunity to manage and oversee construction projects across multiple sectors.

About the Role

You'll take the lead as Senior Superintendent for a forward-thinking contractor serving major market segments including recreation facilities, municipal infrastructure, and educational institutions. This role combines hands-on construction management with leadership responsibilities, giving you the platform to shape project delivery and mentor your team while working within a company culture that genuinely values collaboration and professional growth.

What You'll Do

• Direct daily operations on active construction sites, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and trade partners to maintain project momentum
• Manage workforce scheduling, safety protocols, and site logistics
• Track project progress, document communications, and prepare routine progress reports
• Implement quality control measures to meet client specifications and industry standards
• Contribute to estimating and preconstruction planning for future projects

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent in commercial or institutional construction
• Background managing projects in recreation, municipal, educational, or similar sectors
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams
• Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project management practices
• Ability to solve problems creatively and maintain professional relationships under pressure
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed for project locations
