Runpod, Inc. is hiring a remote Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape how the world's fastest-growing AI infrastructure platform tells its story. If you thrive at the meeting point of product, marketing, and sales — and love turning deeply technical concepts into narratives that move buyers — this foundational role is built for you.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Runpod, you'll own the messaging that explains why developers and enterprises choose Runpod in the competitive neocloud market. Joining at a pivotal growth stage, you'll help evolve a product-led engine into a dual-motion company serving customers from startup to enterprise. Expect full-stack product marketing: positioning, launch strategy, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, customer research, and mid-funnel content — all delivered within a lean, AI-enabled team.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply and extend Runpod's positioning, messaging hierarchy, and value propositions across every product line and customer touchpoint.
- Own product-line PMM, including positioning refreshes, feature launches, and coordinated go-to-market execution across product, marketing, and sales.
- Run competitive intelligence and a structured win/loss program, turning insights into battlecards, GTM strategies, and sales enablement assets.
- Write long-form technical content — comparison guides, explainers, ROI frameworks, architecture deep-dives, and use-case analyses — that educates prospects and speeds buying decisions.
- Partner with brand, demand gen, and content teams to keep messaging consistent across web, docs, sales, and community, while contributing to SEO and inbound strategy.
- Build AI-assisted workflows for competitive monitoring, brief creation, and content production, and act as the internal voice of the customer.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product marketing experience at technical B2B or developer-focused companies.
- A proven record of producing polished, high-quality long-form technical content that drives conversion and pipeline.
- Genuine technical fluency across GPU infrastructure, AI/ML workflows, serverless architecture, distributed systems, and cloud economics — with the ability to make complex topics accessible.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, SEO and inbound expertise, and hands-on experience scaling output with AI tools while preserving an authentic voice.
- A resourceful, efficient approach suited to a lean operating model that rewards wearing multiple hats.
