Quality Engineer

Position Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality and process efficiency across our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, driving continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans to meet product specifications and standards.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to solve complex quality problems.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detailed records and reports on quality metrics and findings.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a quality engineering role within the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis techniques.
